Eat Chocolate; Lower Blood Pressure

A Dutch study show that by eating the equivalent of one-third of a chocolate bar each day, a man can lower his blood pressure. They stopped short of saying it will lead to better health.

What about women? Will their blood pressure benefit from chocolate?

One researcher responded, "If you look at the other interventional studies, you see the same effects in men and women, younger people and older people. It may be the findings are generalizable to women, but you never know."

No, we never do.
